We are surrounded by people who inspire us by their achievements, whether they hail from the business world or the sporting world. Being purposeful, brave, agile, flexible and resilient are some of the mental and physical manifestations of great leaders, strong teams and high performers. An accomplished sportsman and entrepreneur, Adam Daniel was an obvious fit for Courageous Co.
All of our Courageous Co. leadership programmes are highly experiential — we get clients moving and thinking in ways they have never done before. They make discoveries and choices that help them break through any perceived limits and feel more fulfilled. Adam will help you perform at your best by getting your mind and body to work together.
What it’s like to work with Adam: Your purpose + endurance = Profound gains
Adam understands how hard you will have to work to create new attitudes and habits that will have you performing at the top of your game – a place where others will be inspired by you, want to follow you, and where you will feel proud. Working with him, you will experience focused goal setting to determine your purpose as a leader. This will help you get the best out of your teams.
He will help you make choices that you can execute with intentionality and remain accountable for. He will get you to appreciate what makes you brilliant already and how to endure in a sustainable leadership role. You will be stretched; you will laugh, and you will have the courage to do things differently when you work with him!
Adam brings the philosophies, lessons and best practices of the sporting, fitness and health industries into Courageous Co. programmes. Through fitness-based exercises, he helps develop corporate leaders. He knows that the gains that individuals and teams make can be profound.
20 years of coaching the “human being”
Adam has performed at the highest level in sport, as a professional athlete and in Rugby Union. He also recently represented Great Britain in Cycling. Over the last twenty years, he has developed a unique approach to coaching the human being, not the human body, drawing on sport psychology, leadership, health and fitness, nutrition and creating rituals. He has worked with athletes, National Governing Bodies and senior corporate executives to support their goals for successful and resilient performance.
