There are parallels to achieving performance as a leader and as an athlete: you need agility, flexibility, balance, purpose, pace, strength and endurance. We straddle the corporate and fitness worlds: our backgrounds allow us to expertly merge the two perspectives in our client work.
We incorporate experiential techniques from the leadership and fitness industries so clients develop new ideas and ways of working more quickly than traditional consulting and coaching approaches. Clients appreciate our original use of movement of the body to get them thinking differently first. With new perspectives, in whichever way a client engages us, we equip them to drive better performance at scale and with pace.
Our methodologies are rooted in three fundamentals set out below:
- Neuroscience – We incorporate movement of the body which draws on the Hebbian Theory that neurones that fire together, wire together. In practical terms, we are able to stimulate greater creative and lateral thinking in all our client work.
- Vertical Development – We develop experiential formats to bring leaders and teams together with a greater emphasis on how they think, behave and operate. In practical terms, we equip them to learn how to transform themselves, their teams and organisations over and above teaching them transactional leadership skills.
- Growth Mindset – We challenge, support and guide clients with smart approaches aimed at shifting their self-talk, attitudes and limiting beliefs. In practical terms, we make it easy for clients to experiment, learn and go again.
Where appropriate, we incorporate personality and leadership profiling using Lumina Learning tools as well as TC360 Systemic Team Coaching tools.
