My experience

I bring over fifteen years of global experience, working in L&D, recruitment and talent development, including designing and leading go-to-market development programmes at EY. My work extends from being a trusted advisor to senior leaders who are driving growth to coaching teams who need to develop themselves and their practices. Everything I have done has required me to build strong relationships with internal and external clients across professional services and global organisations.

I am known for balancing commercial performance with human connection. Whether managing teams, building confidence in market facing colleagues, or guiding leaders through complex change, I’ve always focused on helping people achieve their potential while delivering business results.

Now at Courageous Co., I combine that corporate background with my passion for performance coaching. I support clients in professional services and beyond who want to refine systems, strengthen relationships and create environments where people thrive.
