My experience

With two decades of experience across a global Big Four firm and a FTSE 100 organisation, I bring a strong commercial and people-focused foundation to leadership, team and business development coaching. I specialise in supporting rising leaders, and often within professional services.

Leaders I work with want to strengthen client relationships, win work, and lead with clarity in complex, high-pressure environments. My coaching supports them to build self-awareness, cut through complexity, make confident decisions. They are then able to drive performance that integrates both transactional priorities and human connection.

Having lived and worked in both the UK and US, I bring a global perspective and a pragmatic style that helps clients see challenges differently and break them down so they can achieve meaningful, lasting results.
