My experience
I have experience working in fast-paced environments where organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential. Alongside coordinating operations and supporting clients and colleagues, I have a passion for visual communication, graphic design and creating polished materials that bring ideas to life. It’s this blend of creativity and operational thinking that allows me to contribute in a variety of ways, whether that’s improving a process, supporting a project, or developing engaging client-facing content. I love bringing clarity, structure and visual flair to the work that I do to support clients and teams alike. I enjoy connecting ideas with action, helping ambitious projects become well-organised, well-communicated and successfully delivered.
What it’s like to work with me
People know me for being approachable, dependable and someone who enjoys helping others. I like creating a story in words and images, keeping client programmes moving, and making sure our team have what they need to do their best work.
I’m as happy in a spreadsheet as I am designing a presentation. I enjoy bringing both structure and creativity to my work, and I’m always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning new skills and taking on challenges. Outside of work, you’ll typically find me at the gym, playing football, or working on a creative project. My hobbies have taught me the value of consistency, discipline, teamwork and continuous improvement.
