I have over forty years of experience working in roles that enable people, teams and organisations to be the best versions of themselves. I grew up in South America and started my professional journey in the financial district of New York, going on to work across sectors and continents in the years that followed. After discovering my calling – helping people to realise their potential – I set up a language school headquartered in Lisbon, where I led a team who provided skills development to over 20,000 people worldwide.

After delegating the management of my language school to my team, I joined the faculty of Insights Discovery (a professional training and coaching board) where I designed and facilitated over a thousand virtual and face-to-face workshops for global leaders and teams in the fashion, pharma, e-commerce, technology, hospitality and financial industries.

As an ontological executive coach with ICF accreditation, I thrive on equipping people to take control and make choices that will serve them. I am fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French and enjoy working with new leaders and teams, across all cultures.
