We all experience change, and constantly.
But change is not to be feared. Knowing how to face, navigate and control our response to change is a Superpower each of our brains is capable of.

Our Courageous Coach Andi Stapleton facilitated a Mini MBA session in partnership with Global Leaders in Law (GLL) for over 100 of in-house legal team members on how we can “Refire and Rewire our Brains to Navigate Change”.

Andi shared practical neuroscientific tools that equip us to stop, take control and interrupt our body’s automatic response to change.

If and when you’re experiencing times of change, follow these four steps:
🧠 Relabel thoughts that come up which aren’t helpful to you
🧠 Reattribute control of your mind and decide you’re in control not your thoughts
🧠 Use breathing to interrupt the neural pathway so you can put a new thought in your mind
🧠 Act in a manner that is in line with your new thought as that is what will then lead to you rewiring your brain to cope with the change you are experiencing

We are here to support you through any changes you may face and will cheer anyone on who has the courage to embrace change, rather than fear it.
