WHO WE WORK WITH

We work with individual leaders and groups of leaders who need or want to deliver stronger personal or team performance. These client engagements will take the form of individual leadership coaching programmes or group development programmes. Programmes include Self Leadership and Leadership Labs, designed to stretch or transition leaders who may, for example, be designated as high potential, have been newly promoted, be driving transformation, be integrating new teams post-merger or are building global practices.

We work with leaders to bring their teams together when they are working through specific challenges and want to reach strong performance levels very quickly. Our high performance team coaching programmes enable clients to pace their time investment while sustaining the gains they are achieving. Each programme is structured to take place over a series of Leadership Labs onsite or offsite. We develop psychological safety and introduce tools to equip teams to have the conversations that need to be had and the work that needs to be done.

We work with c-suite leaders who have a need or see value being created when culture shifts can be driven successfully across their organisation. We acknowledge that all employees have the capacity to be Self Leaders and any culture change programme needs to be motivational, practical and scalable. Our organisational change programmes are underpinned by robust project planning and KPIs. Each programme is designed to be transformational where required, respecting the values and strategic goals of the business.

HOW WE ENABLE CLIENTS TO WORK DIFFERENTLY

We incorporate experiential techniques from the leadership and fitness industries so clients develop new ideas and ways of working more quickly than traditional consulting and coaching approaches. Clients appreciate our original use of movement of the body to get them thinking differently first. With new perspectives, in whichever way a client engages us, we equip them to drive better performance at scale and with pace.

We always start with client briefing sessions and kick-off meetings. That way our clients know that we have their outcomes driving every engagement. Two-way feedback is an intrinsic part of the process throughout. We deliver and incorporate a range of formats over the many months an engagement may run.

Where appropriate, we incorporate personality and leadership profiling using Lumina Learning tools as well as TC360 Systemic Team Coaching tools.

We work in physical, virtual and distributed environments for global clients.
