My experience

Most of my thirty years of experience has been in global roles within the Professional Services and Technology sectors. My focus has always been on relationship development, both internally and in the market, as the strategy for driving growth. Leading teams of high achievers who want to win is a sweet spot. I understand what it takes to succeed in competitive markets, staying alive to what it takes to bring people with you.

I love coaching people at all levels to build their confidence, relationships and strategic impact. I support clients who want to achieve stronger results, whether that’s through more powerful sales, teamwork or leadership mindsets and behaviours.

Being practical is critical for the work I do so that our clients achieve their often ambitious goals. My approach integrates my own lived experience, confidence building strategies and the introduction of new tools and habits for incremental personal stretch and growth.

What it’s like to work with me

As a high extrovert, I bring energy and interaction to everything I do. I create a safe space for people to explore limiting beliefs while also being challenged with kindness. I believe in turning insight into concrete actions so behavioural change sticks and individuals feel motivated to implement it.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hosting my own radio show on Marlow FM, rowing on the Thames, at CrossFit, or attempting to learn the drums. I also recharge by borrowing Monty the cockapoo for walks and fresh air.
