My experience
I specialise in sales, business development and leadership coaching, partnering with C-Suite leaders to shift culture and materially improve revenue performance in their organisations. I bring over 20 years of experience working with large professional services firms to drive their growth strategy across the UK, Middle East, Asia, Australia and the US.
Having led teams within global firms and built my own successful international business, I am able to understand the perspective of leaders and the people you want to equip to achieve your goals. My work will cover the spectrum of strategic planning and delivery of sales transformation programmes, as well as coaching for relationship building and confident client conversations. Essentially, I help leaders translate insight into action and action into measurable commercial results.
Having recovered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome over ten years ago, I am also passionate about the role health and wellbeing plays in long-term performance.
My outside interests, including playing the cello, running and practising yoga enable me personally to keep challenging myself so I can be there to elevate others.
