My career highlights include managing campaign programmes that increased audience engagement, delivering community initiatives of up to 52 events a year, and executing significant fundraising initiatives. I’ve also gained significant expertise in automation and process optimisation, particularly through platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Trello and Zendesk.

I am a PRINCE2-accredited professional with further certifications in Adobe Marketo Engage and Project Management for Development Professionals (APMG International). I thrive on creating structured processes, aligning stakeholders and leading teams to shared success.
