My experience

With thirty years’ experience of working across global businesses, cultures, and industries, I coach leaders and their teams to improve leadership skills and organisational capability. I specialise in supporting teams that operate at the intersection of innovation, transformation, and growth, where pace is critical to performance improvement.

My career spans roles in R&D, HR, M&A integration, and consulting. I can quickly define challenges, generate solutions, and enable teams to deliver results. With a foundation in engineering and a passion for maximising human potential, I combine analytical discipline with strategic thinking to drive meaningful change.

I have a deep interest in how we are wired as humans and how neurobiology shapes human behaviour. This informs how I partner with clients as a certified performance coach. I find it hugely rewarding when clients are more able to navigate complexity, align strategy, and enhance organisational effectiveness in ways they have not been able to do before.
