My first ever trip to London Excel today for the The Watercooler Event Wellbeing Conference.
It was a thought provoking and insightful day, with panels focusing on how we can all contribute to the integration of Workplace Wellbeing into our day-to-day. πŸ’πŸ—―

Having heard some inspirational stories, including practical suggestions from Marc Holl, Kelly Metcalf FCIPD and Becky Thoseby it’s clear to me that in order to successfully embed a Wellbeing culture or strategy, organisations must have Psychological Safety. The data and lived examples shared today demonstrated the undoubtably strong connection between this foundation of trust, productivity and retention.

I’m leaving feeling energised and with lots of new ideas and perspectives of how to equip Leaders and teams to have open and honest conversations, where both sides can be vulnerable and heard. πŸ’‘πŸ”„πŸ—£
