** Fernando has over 40 years of experience in coaching and professional development. He is playing an integral role in the work we are doing globally with AIG, alongside other members of our team who have been covering EMEA and APAC since 2021, to develop external relationship-building skills in the LAC region in local languages. His energy and enthusiasm are infectious!
** Amanda has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant in one of the Big 4 and in a FTSE 100 organisation. She transitioned to coaching given her understanding of the complexities of leadership, decision making, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and developing centres of excellence. Based in NY, from next month, she will support programmes to drive new ways of working for global clients. Her insights and ability to cut through issues are invaluable.
